Lesson Policy

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • More than 24 hours before the lesson start time: Students may reschedule a lesson upon mutual agreement between the student and the teacher. Rescheduling can be done through the website via the “Student Profile” section under the “Cancel” or “Reschedule” options.

  • Within 24 hours of the lesson start time: Rescheduling or cancellation is not permitted. If an emergency arises, students should contact the teacher directly.

2. Lesson Attendance & Tardiness

  • If a student is late, the teacher will remain available for the duration of the scheduled lesson time. However, missed time due to student tardiness will not be made up, and the lesson will end at the originally scheduled time.

  • If a scheduled lesson cannot be completed as planned, the student and teacher must come to an agreement regarding rescheduling or continuation.

  • If a student fails to attend a lesson without prior notice, the teacher has the right to be paid in full. However, in cases of emergencies, accidents, or honest misunderstandings, the teacher may consider rescheduling at their discretion.

3. Scheduling

  • Students can request a lesson at least 12 hours in advance through the scheduling system.

  • Lessons will take place on Google Meet. The necessary login details can be found in the “Student Profile”

4. Lesson Packages

  • If students purchase a lesson package, all lessons must be used within 4 months from the date of purchase.

  • Unused lessons after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Rescheduling policies for individual lessons within a package follow the same guidelines as outlined in Section 1.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

  • All lessons must be paid for in advance to secure the booking.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed lessons unless an exception is granted due to an emergency.

  • If the teacher must cancel a lesson, the student will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Both the teacher and the student are expected to be respectful and professional during lessons.

  • Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment or offensive language will result in immediate termination of the lesson without a refund.

By booking a lesson, the student agrees to these policies.
